Jaime is a chef with over 10 years of experience in professional kitchens and has been vegan since 2016. After the pandemic began and the restaurant industry all but shut down, Jaime had a lot of extra time at home to devote towards finding affordable, diverse options that could be eaten again and again. After constant requests from friends and family to bring her dip to get-togethers, she was encouraged to start down the path that ultimately led her to creating Ardent Vegan
When not in the kitchen, Jaime is a competitive archer and a gym rat and is usually only interested in the healthiest and most nutritionally complete foods available. Almonds are full of good fats, provide a great source of protein and dietary fiber, and fit perfectly into her high-protein, low-carb diet. Jaime believes strongly that the food we eat plays a huge role in how we feel and will do her best to provide that assurance in every product that we sell.
Ardent Vegan LLC was established in 2022 to provide delicious and healthy products to local communities. It was created by Jaime who whole-heartedly believes that the best flavors can still be achieved through sustainable and cruelty-free practices.
